I want to order DialoQ software, how do I install it?

After your order, we will send you an order email with an activation code and, if necessary, installation instructions. Follow the instructions to install the DialoQ software.

I want to install DialoQ software on a new device

DialoQ software works with license codes, the license is device-specific. If you want to install the software on a new device, for example when the old device breaks down, you can order a new activation for the license from us at dialoq@code-q.fi.

I am an individual and I want to buy a DialoQ product

We sell our software mainly through our resellers, but you can also buy the software directly from us. We will send you installation and operating instructions by e-mail. Please note that we cannot provide personal guidance on how to use the software.

The activation code does not work

Check if the activation code you entered is the same as in the subscription email you received. Also check that your device is connected to the Internet, connection is required for activation. If licensing is still not successful, check any anti-virus and firewall software that they are not blocking the connection. In addition, on phones, large font size or zooming can prevent pressing the license activation field.

Can I familiarize myself with the DialoQ software before making a purchase decision?

Yes, we first give new customers a test license that is valid for 30 days. During this time, you can familiarize yourself with the software at your leisure. After 30 days, the software stops working, and you can buy the full version from us at dialoq@code-q.fi or delete the software if it didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that our software is not for everyone.

Where can I see you?

You can usually reach us face-to-face at a tool fair, come say hi to us there and test our software!

How many languages ​​does DialoQ Talk work in?

DialoQ Talk has been translated into ten different languages:

  • Flemish

Please note that it is not yet possible to download a ready-made canvas for all languages.

How to get symbol libraries and downloadable tables?

Symbol libraries and downloadable canvases also work with licenses. Order your desired symbol library from us at dialoq@code-q.fi. You can order board licenses directly from the board developers from the contact information attached to the board.

DialoQ Mobile does not respond to commands

If the phone does not respond to commands, the most common reason is the lack of speech synthesis. Install your speech synthesis from the Android settings, and select Google speech services as the primary module and Finnish as the language.

Speech recognition is not good enough

We will send you a speech recognition adjustment guide that will help almost everyone. Detection and detection sensitivity can be adjusted according to the instructions. The device’s recognition adapts to the environment and the speaker’s speech/speech volume, especially the first times of use (first 1-5 recognitions) or big environmental changes can cause bad recognition.

Which phone is suitable as a DialoQ Mobile device?

DialoQ Mobile works well on basic Android phones, the software has been tested especially on Samsung devices. At the moment, we recommend Samsung’s A15 model for use.

You can also use an old Android device, but please mention the device before ordering so we can check if it works well with the DialoQ software.
